PACKAGING:
We don't spend much on elaborate and classy labeling and packaging. We believe that what matters is the content more than what looks good, we do use used carton boxes to package our products for shipping, these carton are not custom fit to our products, there are times the packages may not look too presentable, but we feel that will save your money and our natural resources. Used carton boxes save a lot more natural resources than the recycle boxes.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
DOMESTIC (Philippines)
Orders are processed and prepared upon the receipt of the order transaction. Turn around time takes 3 days to give time for your orders to be compounded in the laboratory, as soon as your orders are dispatch for shipping, we will email you with the tracking number. We use either Air21 or LBC to ship Domestic Orders.

INTERNATIONAL:
For international orders, standard delivery schedules of EMS is 5-7 business days (United States, Europe, and Canada).

Registered Air Mail standard delivery takes 12-15 working days.

Our shipping charges are based on standard rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. If you want to purchase several products, and wish to have it combined shipping, please email us so we can send you an invoice for it. You can also email us if you wish to have it in EMS or Postal Standard Delivery Method.

MAKE SURE TO RECHECK YOUR METHOD OF SHIPMENT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER! Your account stores a default method of shipment which you may opt to change on any given order.If you do make a mistake, please email us soon and we will get it corrected for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES AND QUOTES:
If you wish to obtain a quote for shipment to your country before placing an order, please email to customercare@beautyzone.net.ph. Please make sure to include the items you wish to purchase and your address.

When you place your international order, your shipping charges will be sent to you when we are ready to process your order.
International shipments may be liable for local customs and duties. These customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

BeautyZone cannot determine what local customs and duties might be, contact your local customs office for further information.

Return To Sender (RTS) items due to the following reasons will be shipped again provided that the client will pay the reshipping fee.
    * Address not existing.
    * Unclaimed.
    * Person unknown at the address.
    * Address vacant.
    * Address Undeliverable
    * Any other reason in which the customer is solely liable.

ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK:
You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will become available.

PAYMENT METHOD:
We are happy to accept payment for purchases on our website using your CREDIT/DEBIT cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through our
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Secured Check-Out. We also accept WESTERN UNION wire transfer, and Direct Bank Deposit.

SECURITY:
Our shopping cart is located on a secure server. All information that is collected on our website is transferred to us over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Line.  

This ensures that your information is encrypted and cannot be read by any other Internet users.  This secure mode is automatically turned on when accessing any pages in the Account or Checkout sections of our website.

POSSIBLE ONLINE TRACKING INFORMATION DELAY:
Philippine Post does not have an online tracking system that is why receipt of package cannot be tracked at once. they just forward the details of the package to USPS when dispatched out of the country, no online is available during the package's travel from our local post office going to the main processing center who dispatches package that are going out of the country already. it is unlike USPS, the moment the package was received at the local P.O. a tracking can be viewed just after several hours.

We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary,  particularly during peak periods or in climate weather conditions, and that delivery times frames will need to be extended for any processing time.

UNAVAILABLE ITEMS:
Some items may not be available for shipping outside the United States. If you place an order for any of these items, you will be notified via email before your order is processed.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
"NO RETURN NO REFUND POLICY!"  Please take note of this before you place your orders, or purchase any product online.

It is customers' responsibility to track their orders through your countries respective Postal Service Customs or Website, if available. You can email us at customercare@beautyzone.net.ph.

Full-Prepayment is required., before we process and have your orders forwarded to the laboratory for compounding.

CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS:
Cancellations must be made before we process the order. If the order has not been forwarded to the laboratory yet, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
